COVID-19 VACCINE DATES:
Moderna (two doses, ages 18+):
Tuesday, July 27, 2021 – County Office Building, 7 Court St, Belmont, NY 9 am – 12 pm & 1 pm -3:30 pm / second dose will be at the same time and location on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. Register online here
Wednesday, July 21, 2021 – Second Dose Clinic at Fillmore Fire Hall, 24 South Genesee St, Fillmore, NY 3 pm – 5 pm
Wednesday, July 28, 2021 – Second Dose Clinic at New Hudson Fire Hall, 8597 State Route 305, Black Creek, NY 4 pm – 6 pm
Wednesday, August 4, 2021 – Second Dose Clinic at Whitesville Fire Hall, 496 Main St, Whitesville, NY 4 pm – 6 pm
Pfizer (two doses, ages 12+):
Friday, July 30, 2021 – County Office Building, 7 Court St, Belmont, NY 9:30 am – 2 pm / second dose will be at same time and location on Friday, August 20, 2021. Register online here

J&J (one dose, ages 18+):
Monday, July 19, 2021 – First Aid Station, Allegany County Fair 1 pm – 3 pm (no appointment needed).
Friday, July 23, 2021 – First Aid Station, Allegany County Fair 4 pm to 6 pm (no appointment needed).
All vaccination clinics are by appointment only, with exception of clinics offered at the Allegany County Fair. Please call the Health Department at 585-268-9250.

Alfred Pharmacy, Walgreen’s Pharmacy, Fisher’s Pharmacy and Cuba Memorial Hospital also have doses available by appointment only. If interested please call the respective pharmacy.
Parents and legal guardians of any New Yorker, ages 12-17, can enter their student who has received at least their first COVID-19 vaccine dose, for a chance to win a four-year, full-ride scholarship (including tuition, room-and-board, and expenses) to any NYS public college or university (SUNY or CUNY).
What to bring with you to your appointment:
- Driver’s License or Picture ID with Date of Birth on it
- Insurance Card

If you are 18 years of age or older, you may add yourself to the waiting list for the COVID-19 vaccine by clicking on the link below. Currently, the eligibility criteria is open to everyone! Please take note of the type of vaccine that is available as some are approved for only specific age groups (Pfizer 16+, Moderna 18+, Johnson & Johnson 18+).
