Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 3:10 p.m. by Public Works Committee Chairman Dwight Fanton.

Acquisition of Property

County Administrator John Margeson stated the committee previously authorized him to make a purchase offer on a quarter-acre parcel that is adjacent to the back parking lot. This property is owned by Steven, Mark and Alan Presutti, and they have accepted and signed a purchase offer in the amount of $1,500. Mr. Healy stated this was a good price and will make it possible to do more with the two adjacent properties the county already owns. A motion was made by Legislator Fanton, seconded by Legislator Hopkins and carried to move forward with the purchase of the property. (Voting No: Legislator Ungermann, Legislator O’Grady) County Attorney to Prepare Resolution
