Chairman O’Grady called the meeting to order at
3:45 p.m. Mr. O’Grady advised the
committee that Ms. Sharon Keib, Office Manager for the Workers Compensation
Fund has asked consideration of an up-grade in title as a result of being
called upon to undertake additional administrative responsibilities following
the retirement of former executive secretary Doug Dillon.
Mr. O’Grady indicated the first step of the process
is to request that the Personnel Department conduct a desk audit of the
position and report back to committee with a recommendation.
On motion of D. Cady, seconded by D. Burdick and carried,
the committee approve going forward with the desk audit.
Meeting adjourned at 3:50 p.m.
