Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Personnel
Committee Chairman T. O’Grady at 2:40 p.m.
Executive
Session
A
motion was made by Legislator Burdick, seconded by Legislator Pullen and
carried to enter into executive session at 2:40 p.m. to discuss the medical
history of a particular individual.
Following discussion at 2:47 p.m., a motion was made by Legislator Pullen,
seconded by Legislator Fanton and carried to end the executive session and
return to the regular meeting.
Vacation
Time Accrual Bank
A
motion was made by Legislator Pullen, seconded by Legislator Fanton and carried
to approve a Memorandum of Agreement between the County of Allegany, the
Allegany County Sheriff and AFSCME Council 82, Local 3989, establishing a
vacation time accrual bank provided solely and exclusively to Deputy Titus
Brown for the purpose of providing Deputy Brown additional days of paid leave
to be utilized by him to accommodate parental responsibilities associated with
the illness of a family member.

motion was made by Legislator Pullen, seconded by Legislator Burdick and
carried to adjourn the meeting at 2:49 p.m.
