O’Grady called the meeting to order at 1:15 p.m.

Chairman C. Crandall was given the floor and informed the Committee that in
order to select a new Veterans Service Agency Director he had called together a
group representing various

the conclusion of this process, and taking into consideration the input and
recommendations of this group, Chairman Crandall announced that he is
appointing Mr. Michael Hennessy of

this appointment requires confirmation by the Board of Legislators, Mr.
Crandall asked the Committee to sponsor a Resolution to implement his
appointment.
A
motion was made by D. Fanton, seconded by T. O’Grady to sponsor a Resolution to
appoint Mr. Hennessy to the position of Veterans Services Agency Director for
the period January 24, 2011 through December 31, 2011. PREPARE
