Call to Order: The meeting was called to order
by Chairman T. O’Grady at 2:32 p.m.
A
motion was made by Legislator Pullen, seconded by Legislator Benson and carried
to enter into executive session to discuss collective bargaining negotiations
per Article 14 of Civil Service Law at 2:32 p.m. A motion was made by Legislator Cady,
seconded by Legislator Pullen and carried to go out of executive session at
2:44 p.m.
A
motion was made by Legislator Cady, seconded by Legislator Pullen and carried
to approve a five-year agreement between County of Allegany and New York
Council 66, Local 2574, American Federation of State, County and Municipal
employees, AFL-CIO for the years 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, expiring on December 31,
2014, as ratified by New York Council 66, Local 2574. PREPARE

carried to adjourn the meeting at 2:45 p.m.
