            County Attorney Thomas Miner requested an attorney-client session, after which Acting Committee Chairman Dwight Fanton called the meeting to order at 9:15 a.m.

 

 

REFERRAL FROM PLANNING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE:

 

            The Planning and Economic Development Committee requested that the contract with ACCORD Corporation for grant services be reformatted and resubmitted to the full Board.  A motion to approve this request was made by Legislator Sinclair, seconded by Legislator Healy and carried.  REFERRED CONTRACT TO COUNTY ATTORNEY/PREPARE RESOLUTION

 

Adjournment

            There being no further business to come before the committee, a motion was made by Legislator Pullen, seconded by Legislator Healy and carried to adjourn the meeting.
