Ellen Ruckle, Personnel Officer shared with the committee the process of implementing health insurance changes that have been ongoing since January of 2010. As part the changes Ellen requested a resolution for all retirees enrolled in the Current Plan to be changed to the Option 1 health insurance plan effective January 1, 2011. A motion was made by Dwight Fanton, seconded by Norm Ungermann to direct the County Attorney to prepare a resolution to place all retirees enrolled in the Current Plan into the Option 1health insurance plan effective January 1, 2011. Motion carried. Prepare Resolution.
