Chairman O’Grady called the meeting to order at
3:30 p.m.
Democrat Election Commissioner Catherine Lorow
advised the committee that the current five year agreement with NTS Data
Services L.L.C. will expire on December 31, 2010 and asked the committee to
sponsor a resolution to enter into a new 5 year agreement for the continuation
of service at a fee of $100,711.
On motion of D. Burdick, seconded by D. Cady and
carried unanimously, the committee directed the
