Attorney/Client Privilege |
A motion was made by Tim LaFever, seconded by Dr. Simons, to go into Attorney/Client Privilege closed session with Acting County Attorney Thomas Miner, and including the Human Services Committee members and the remaining county legislators. There was no discussion. A voice vote was called by Board President Truax. The motion was passed unanimously. |

A motion was made by Dr. Simons, seconded by Tim LaFever, to go out of Attorney/Client Privilege closed session with Acting County Attorney Thomas Miner, the Human Services Committee members, and the remaining county legislators, and to go back into public session. There was no discussion. A vote voice was called by Board President Truax. The motion was passed unanimously. |

In public session, a motion was made by Dr. Simons, seconded by Dr. Cusumano, to privatize the Allegany County Department of Health’s Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) and Long Term Home Health Care Program and submit a Request for Proposals (RFP) for its sale. There was no discussion. A voice vote was called by Board President Truax. The motion was passed unanimously. |
