How Do I Apply for a DBA?
Applying for a Doing Business As certificate is easy. Print a DBA form from the link provided, or one up at these locations:
- Allegany County Clerk’s Office at 7 Court Street in Belmont, NY 14813
- Allegany County Commerce Center at 6087 Route 19N Belmont, NY 14813
Fill the first part of the form out. The rest of the document can be left blank until the form is turned in at the County Clerk’s Office. The document includes a section for your signature that must be witnessed by a notary and requires a filing fee be paid.
