Our charming communities feature great local restaurants, and shops that offer unique retail experiences. Events like the Great Wellsville Balloon Rally, Allegany County Fair, and the Ridgewalk and Run bring thousands of visitors to the area and are just a few examples of our great county celebrations you can’t find anywhere else. And, if you enjoy the performing arts, come to Open Mic Night at the Wellsville Creative Arts Center or catch a great play or concert at Alfred University or Houghton College, two of the county’s top universities.
